The 6-Week Programme

It’s not for everyone. You and your team will have to commit time to making this work, just as we will. Not every business will be able to benefit. You may be perfectly organised already. You may have too few or too many users for this programme and something else may be more appropriate.

WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW is which version of Zoho CRM you use, how long you’ve used it and how many people in your organisation use it. The Small Print

Yes, there are a few terms and conditions to this offer:

  1. Normal terms of business of Inner Core Solutions Ltd. apply to this offer.
  2. The offer is open to bona fide businesses or charities with current, active licences for the use of Zoho CRM.
  3. The offer only applies to the Enterprise version of Zoho CRM or Zoho One. 
  4. The system should be configured for use in the English language and all interactions will be in English.
  5. Development and configuration changes will be made initially to a copy of the live system (‘sand box’). No changes will be made to the live system until customer approval is received.
  6. Invoicing will be 50% in advance of starting the project and 50% after completion.
  7. The 6-week timing of the offer relies upon customer availability and input at set, agreed times in the process. Inner Core Solutions will not be liable for any delays caused by customer failure to provide inputs at requested times.
  8. Dependent upon the nature of the changes being made, timing may extend beyond the 3-week period offered.
